CREATION TIME

Once your order is placed, a receipt will be emailed to you. All of our papergoods ship in about 4-7 days, and personalized stationery ship in 7-10 days. Please order accordingly for holiday deadlines!

Cake + Milk Paperie ensures that you will be happy with your order. Please verify all personalized text + option choices before checking out. Let us know of any mistakes we have made, and we will right it immediately. Your contentment is our top priority.

We offer complimentary gift wrapping service (fabric bag + tag), along with a gift receipt. Please type "gift wrap" and specify item in the "How'd you hear about us?" box during checkout. You may also include a brief tag message. Gift recipients have 60 days to exchange item(s). This includes personalized goods!

HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase date. This includes custom stationery. Please e-mail us to initiate exchange/refund.

OUR ECO-CONSCIOUS PAPERGOODS INFORMATION

Buttercream flats are 80lb cover, 30% recycled total recovered fibers and are acid-free. Kraft flats (imprintables) are 80lb archival cover, 100% recycled, with at least 30% post-consumer waste content, and are acid + chlorine-free. White flats are 100lb cover, produced with wind power and are acid-free. Cardboard flats are 100% recycled, 100% post-consumer waste content and are approximately 150lb cover.

All of our envelopes are at least 30% post-consumer waste recycled, green seal certified and/or made from sustainable forests. Kraft and gris envelopes feature 100% recycled content with at least 30% post-consumer waste content. All of our cellophane sleeves are 100% biodegradable.

SHIPPING + RUSH/INT'L ORDERS

We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipping, which delivers in 2-3 days (including Saturdays). When your order is completed and shipped, a USPS tracking confirmation number will be emailed to you.

Rushed orders/overnight shipping or international orders may be chosen during checkout. International shipping time is creation time plus 2-7 days for delivery, and is charged at 25% of total order. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number and estimated delivery time will be e-mailed to you.
